Thoughts and Actions

"A day of thought can be provoking as long as we make it an action."

I sit in my room with my gaze on the sky. Looking through the window the sky doesnt look the same as sitting under an open sky.

The clouds pass by and the trees whistle the air. The morning sun is bright and hot with no future to be bothered of. The noise of the breeze seems to be loud and clear. I wonder how the nature is in its being so casual and calm in it daily work.

There never seems to be an urgency to where and when the rains will fall, the sun will shine, the clouds get together or how the moon will look tonight. We are just admirers of the beauty that be.

The thoughts in our mind are the same, they come when the feel like and they idle away when they please. No matter how hard we try, the thoughts are always provoked to come to us when we least expect it. It could be an idea, a retrospect of events gone by or just a thought of tomorrow to come. What it is will never depend on what we expect or will to be. Its just there.

What happens to these thoughts? How are we to explore them and make positive use of these thoughts?

A new form of thought then comes to mind of what we are to do with them.

A simple formula, not proven by science yet but a work in progress towards meeting our thoughts.

  • List your thoughts on a paper and keep a track of it
  • Make a chart of what you think of in the time your thoughts get to you.
  • Focus on the positive thoughts and let go of the negative
  • Please yourself with the positive thoughts by turning them into actions.

Remember we are only keeping positive thoughts to make it an action.

Track your actions
  • Are my thoughts possible to action?
  • What do you do to make your thought an action?
  • How do I begin?
  • What are my hurdles to progress? How can I over come them?

With these simple steps we learn how to channelise our thoughts and action the positive thoughts in our mind to better ourselves.
